Our team sets each order up manually. If we have any questions about your artwork, we'll drop you an email so please keep an eye out.

A few tips and steps to get great results:

/. Main Artwork Size:  Largest Rectangle - 31 x 24cm
Designs need to fit within the rectangle wood panel.

/. Email your design /artwork file as:
File Format: PSD, PDF, JPEG, PND
File Resolution: 300dpi

/. Create your artwork with the resolution at 300dpi - the larger and clearer your file is, the better the end result for smooth sharper engravings.  Please note, we don’t accept 72dpi files as they are not adequate to create a quality job.

/. When we receive your order through we will input your artwork to work on wood. You will receive proof of your digitized artwork before production begins.

Furthermore the rectangular shape allows for a spacious padded interior that give you enough room for daily items. Plus includes a small padded 12' laptop carry sleeve.

Goodstart Jones customers live all across the globe, so we can ship to anywhere with a letterbox. However delivery outside the UK & Europe will cost £4.20

The bag will be created once order is placed. We aim to dispatch orders within 2 - 3 working days once complete.

Postage will be sent first class recorded delivery for your convenience to arrive next day.

Global regular post ranges from 3 to 14 working days depending on the shipping address.

If your product is being custom made please allow 4 days before it’s despatched.

2 YEAR WARRANTY
ALL Goodstart Jones products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. We pledge warranty of 2 years from the original date of purchase when used under normal conditions for the purpose intended.

Design Note: Materials selection & construction these bags are purposely designed and created to last for a very long time over many many years.

FREE REPAIRS & SERVICING
We believing in value and sustainability Therefore free repairs are provided to any bag within warranty if we it fail during use.
However if used inappropriate or became damaged or maybe just believe you require a servicing we can still repair it but at a low cost.

To get started simply return the bag to our workshop and we’ll make it as good as new. Once repairs or service is complete we will post it back to you free of charge.

FABRIC | Simply Wipe Clean with water and a clean damp cloth; However for deeper cleaning try:

Unscrew the 4 screws to remove the wood panel.
Then pop it into the washing machine on a quick 30-minute wash under 30c.
Or hand wash.
Once washing is complete hang to air dry.

WOOD | Wipe down with damp cloth; However for a deeper cleaning try:

Ensure the wood surface is clean from dirt and dust.
Polished moisten a lint cloth with Danish oil and rub on the surface in a circular motion along the grain all over.
Allow 1-3 hours to dry firm.
