PHASE 2: Concept Development
Selected design refined and brought to life. We build sewing patterns, elevation sheets and further iterate until the design is production-ready.

PHASE 3: Sample Creation & Manufacture
We move from prototype to production-ready product. You’ll get physical samples, test runs and a clear production pathway.

- 2 working production samples
- Sample review & feedback

PHASE 4: Design for Production
Your design becomes production-ready. We create detailed tech-packs and refine every element for efficient manufacturing — then move into small- or large-scale production.
Includes:
- Updated working sample
- Full technical pack & pattern
- DFM (Design for Manufacture) guidance
