With clients all over the world, we are pleased to ship our items to any location with a letterbox (unfortunately, no PO boxes).
Please keep in mind that because the bulk of our items are created at the moment of purchase, our delivery dates may be longer than average.
Purchases of £40.00 or more qualify for free delivery.Regular Delivery prices are also subsited and low cost; starting from £1.85 up to £20.95 depending weight.
Arrival is always sent as first class and documented to safeguard the contents and give the quickest delivery.
While we strive to be as efficient as possible, please allow between 1 to 4 working days for your purchase to be shipped. -
RETURNS POLICY
You have 14 calendar days to cancel your order if you change your mind. This two-week cancellation period begins when you get all of the products in your purchase.
To qualify, however, all returned products must be unutilised and in excellent condition.
If you get damaged items, you may be able to return them and request that we fix, replace, or refund them.
However, we discourage refunds based solely on a change of heart. As a result, please take your time and choose thoughtfully to prevent extra shipping and processing fees. -

COMPLAINTS & PUTTING THINGS RIGHT
You must notify us of any problem or complaint you have with the workmanship on the Item(s) within seven days of you receiving or collecting the Item(s) contact hello@goodstartjones.com.
Where there is a dispute over any work carried-out, the record on our Repair System is taken as the final order for the work.
For custom orders we cannot accept returns or requests for refunds on the basis of the customer’s change of heart . We cannot accept returns or requests for refunds where a change to an order had been requested and that change could not be fulfilled.
We will not be liable for any damage to - or deterioration of/in - the item resulting from use or application of inappropriate products or inappropriate use/misuse of the item following delivery of the order.
If we are found to be at fault we will endeavour to repair and/or alter the Item to your satisfaction at our cost. In all circumstances, this will be the first course of action.
Where the item has to be returned to us for this purpose, we will reimburse your costs of dispatch with evidence of a valid receipt/invoice.
If the fault is through misuse or customer liability any work to rectify the fault will be at the cost of the customer. Any claim settled will be on the condition that it is accepted by the customer as full and final settlement. -

FAULTY GOODS
Please return your item(s) to us within 30 days of the original date of purchase. Remember to get in touch via email (hello@goodstartjones.com) before returning your item and a member of our team will guide you through the next steps.
If a genuine fault is found, please try to refrain from continuing to use the faulty item if possible. If a genuine fault is found, but then worsened by continued use, this could be deemed 'customer misuse' by our team. At this point the product would NOT be eligible for a refund, and any return or repair would be costed back to the customer.
