A few tips and steps to get great results:

1. Main Artwork Size:  Largest Rectangle - 42cm x 26cm
Designs need to fit within the rectangle wood panel.

ALL Goodstart Jones products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. We pledge warranty of 2 years from the original date of purchase when used under normal conditions for the purpose intended.

FREE REPAIRS & SERVICING
We believing in value and sustainability Therefore free repairs are provided to any bag within warranty if we it fail during use.
However if used inappropriate or became damaged or maybe just believe you require a servicing we can still repair it but at a low cost.

To get started simply return the bag to our workshop and we’ll make it as good as new. Once repairs or service is complete we will post it back to you free of charge.

Goodstart Jones customers live all across the globe, so we can ship to anywhere with a letterbox. However delivery outside the UK & Europe will cost £4.20
The bag will be created once order is placed. We aim to dispatch orders within 2 - 3 working days once complete.
Postage will be sent first class recorded delivery for your convenience to arrive next day.

Global regular post ranges from 3 to 14 working days depending on the shipping address.

If your product is being custom made please allow 4 days before it’s despatched.

AFTERCARE | Use these instructions on how to keep the woodsack at its best.

FABRIC |
Wipe clean with water and a damp cloth.
For deeper clean, unscrew the wood panel and place the bag into a washing machine on a short 30-minute wash under 30c.
Or the option to hand wash with detergent or soap.
Once washing is complete hang to air dry.

WOOD |
Ensure the wood surface is clean from dirt and dust.
Polished moisten a lint cloth with Danish oil and rub on the surface in a circular motion along the grain all over.
Allow 4-5 hours to dry.
