Postage will be sent first class recorded delivery for your convenience to arrive next day.

Global Shipping ranges from 3 to 12 working days depending on your delivery address.

If your product is being custom made please allow up to 4 days before it’s despatched.

All Goodstart Jones goods are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing and material faults. We guarantee a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase when used under normal conditions for the intended purpose.

Note on design: The materials used in the production of these bags were chosen with the intention of lasting a long time.

REPAIRS AND SERVICING ARE PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE

We believe in quality and longevity, so if your bag breaks down while you're using it, we'll fix it for free.

However, if it was used incorrectly or became damaged, or if you just feel it needs to be serviced, we can still fix it at a moderate cost.
To get started simply return the bag to our workshop and we’ll make it as good as new. Once repairs or service is complete we will post them back to you free of charge.

Get the best performance with general regular cleaning for longevity.

Wipe clean with water and a damp cloth.

For deeper cleaning use a washing machine on a quick 30-minute wash under 30c.

Hand wash with warm water with added detergent.
Once washing is complete hang to air dry.
Never use the tumble dryer.
