The bag will be created once order is placed. We aim to dispatch orders within 1- 2 working days once complete.

Postage will be sent first class recorded delivery for your convenience to arrive next day.

Global Shipping ranges from 3 to 12 working days depending on your delivery address.

If your product is being custom made please allow up to 4 days before it’s despatched.

2 YEAR WARRANTY
ALL Goodstart Jones products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. We pledge warranty of 2 years from the original date of purchase when used under normal conditions for the purpose intended.

FREE REPAIRS & SERVICING
We believing in value and sustainability Therefore free repairs are provided to any bag within warranty if we it fail during use.
However if used inappropriate or became damaged or maybe just believe you require a servicing we can still repair it but at a low cost.

To get started simply return the bag to our workshop and we’ll make it as good as new. Once repairs or service is complete we will post it back to you free of charge.

Wipe clean with water and a damp cloth.

For deeper cleaning just unscrew the two screws to remove the wood logo. 

 Washing machine on a quick 30-minute wash under 30c. Or simply hand wash with warm water and detergent. 

Once washing is complete hang to air dry.
