FREE REPAIRS & SERVICING

We believe in value and long-term sustainability. As a result, free repairs are supplied to any bag that is still under warranty if it breaks during usage.

If used inappropriately or damaged, or if you just feel it needs to be serviced, we can still fix it for a low price.

Simply return the bag to our workshop and we'll restore it to its original condition. We will return it to you free of charge after the repairs or servicing is completed.

Cleaning on a regular basis can help it last longer: Using a damp towel and some water, clean the surface.

Place in a washing machine on a short cycle under 30 degrees for a more thorough cleaning.

Hand-wash in warm water with soap.

When the washing is finished, hang it to dry.
DO NOT PLACE IN A DRYER.
