2-YEAR WARRANTY | Goodstart Jones products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. We pledge a warranty of 2 years from the original date of purchase when used under normal conditions for the purpose intended.

Design Note | materials selection & construction these bags are purposely designed and created to last long and be durable. 

FREE REPAIRS & SERVICING
We believe in value and sustainability. Therefore free repairs are provided to any bag within warranty if it fails during use.
However, if used inappropriately or became damaged or maybe just believe you require a servicing we can still repair it but at a low cost.

To get started simply return the bag to our workshop and we’ll make it as good as new. Once repairs or service is complete we will post it back to you free of charge.

CLEANING & MAINTENANCE

To get the best out of this bag try general regular cleaning for longevity:

Wipe clean with water and a damp cloth.

However for deeper cleaning place in a washing machine on a short cycle under 30c.

Hand-wash with warm water with added detergent.

Once washing is complete hang to air dry. DO NOT PLACE IN A DRYER
