FREE REPAIRS & SERVICING
We believe in value and sustainability Therefore free repairs are provided to any bag within warranty if it fails during use.

However, if used inappropriately or became damaged or maybe just believe you require servicing we can still repair it but at a low cost.

To get started simply return the bag to our workshop and we’ll make it as good as new. Once repairs or service is complete we will post them back to you free of charge.

Simple regular cleaning directions to ensure longevity:

Wipe clean with water and a damp cloth

For deeper cleaning place into the washing machine on a short wash 30c

Suitable for hand wash with warm water.

Once washing is complete hang to air dry
