What is your return policy ?
Yes, absolutely we accept returns. Please see our Delivery & Returns page for more information!
However, if you return the bag in unused condition within 14 days after delivery, we will willingly give you a refund or an exchange.
However we refrain from receiving returns on custom made orders. -
Is your office available to the public?
Always! Our Wolverhampton workshop is staffed by real people from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Don't be afraid to ask! Come on in and say hi! Everyone is welcome.
We provide workshop tours and showroom opportunities to potential purchasers and everyone else who is just inquisitive. -
How about aftercare?
All bags are recommended to be wiped with a clean damp cloth first before trying hand washed or can be placed in a washing machine for deep cleaning and air dried. Furthermore, because of their basic design, they may be quickly mended with very little sewing knowledge if necessary.
For bags that aren't broken but might need a thorough cleaning or refresh, we offer an aftercare service that gives a bag a new lease on life. This will be a fee-based service aimed at restoring a bag to like-new refurbished state.
